Terms and conditions

• Valid for stays between 18 March to 23 March 2020.
• Package is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
• Should a guest fail to arrive at the Hotel or if a room is cancelled after 4pm the day prior to arrival the guest will be charged 100% of their full stay.
  
• Early departures are treated as cancelled room nights. Cancellation penalties will apply for each night cancelled.
  
• This promotion is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
• Reservation deposit will be charged at time of check-in and may vary depending on the terms and conditions of the rate booked.
  
• *2020 Grand Prix Clause: Rates are subject to the confirmation of the 2020 Melbourne Grand Prix dates. Should there be a conflict of dates, the quoted rate will be altered to incur a surcharge of AUD195 per room, per night to any bookings made.
