Responsibilities

The candidate will assist the Vice President of Technical Services in providing assistance and support to operating hotels and resorts.

In addition, he/she will also be assisting the business development team in new projects in planning and design, project management, planning and budgeting and providing management support.

The person should be able to make decisions regarding Capital Expenditure spendings by offering the best recommendation to ensure that property renewal program are in compliance with Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts' standards and stay ahead of competition.

Requirements

  • A strong track record of personal and professional growth in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong experience in property maintenance system.
  • Strong experience on adaptable education in the use of automated systems, personal computers and software programmes is essential.
  • Minimum of ten (10) to fifteen (15) years in property maintenance experience in international four/five star hotels.
  • Proven record in delivering operating results and standards in international four/five star hotels.
  • Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
