Responsibilities include providing leadership to the catering team to drive sales targets and maximise revenue to meet /exceed the budget/forecast revenue. He/She will establish quality and service standards for the team and evaluates adherence to ensure success of each event. He/she will welcome/host VIP guests when necessary and handle guests' feedback.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing personality and cheerful disposition
• Strong leadership skills

Candidate must have previous sales and catering  experience.
