The candidate will be in-charge of developing and supervising Food Production for the outlets and banquet catering. Banquet Operations experience preffered. He/She should have good managerial and organizational skills, creative and quality-focused.

  • Abreast with global and local food service trends.
  • 3-5 years experience in related field preferably in a 5-star Hotel
  • Creative and innovative in terms of concepts, ideas and market intelligence
  • Strong leadership skills, both in operational and administrative aspects
