• Valid for bookings and stays from 15 to 24 June 2020, subject to hotel availability.
• Preferences cannot be exchanged for cash.
  
• Rates may differ throughout your stay.
• Package is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
• Should a guest wish to cancel their booking, Pan Pacific Melbourne must be notified 30 days prior to the arrival date or 1 night’s cancellation charge will apply.
• Early departures are treated as cancelled room nights. Cancellation penalties will apply for each night cancelled.
  
• Should a guest fail to arrive at the Hotel or if a room is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival dates (4pm) the guest will be charged 100% of their full stay.
