The heart of the Pacific Floors is our Pacific Lounge located on Level 31. This private courtyard and atrium embodies all the elegance of a classic chateau garden under a glass-domed roof – the perfect place to unwind or conduct an informal business meeting.

• Personalized private check-in and check-out on 31st floor.

• Late check-out until 04.00 p.m. without charge subject to availability.

• Complimentary use of a meeting room on 21st floor for one hour per room per stay subject to availability, Excessive hour is Baht 700 per hour (Please make an advanced booking with your butler).

• Complimentary use of broadband internet access in your room

• Complimentary use of the computer workstation with free broadband internet access at Pacific Lounge

• Personal butler service from 06.00 am till 11.00 pm

• Daily laundry, dry-cleaning, pressing service and express service at value of BAHT 500.- net inclusive of service charge and government tax, per day/room, non-accumulative. Same-day service is available for  the collection before 10.00 a.m.
