Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre Named #1 Resort in Canada

(Whistler, B.C.) --- Since opening just two years ago, Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre has consistently rated amongst the best resorts in Canada as well as globally. As another testament to the property’s unparalleled status, the resort was named as the “Number One Top Resort in Canada” in the Condé Nast Traveler’s 2007 Readers’ Choice Survey.

With a record number of travelers of over 28,000 voting this year, Condé Nast Traveler celebrates the 20th annual Readers' Choice Awards.  The results are derived from the largest independent poll of consumers’ preferences, the Readers’ Choice Survey, second in size only to the U.S. Census.

Another unique attribute to this year’s Readers’ Choice Awards is that all three of the top resorts in Canada are in British Columbia.  In addition to Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre, Wickaninnish Inn in Tofino and Four Seasons Resort Whistler ranked number two and three, respectively.
