Preferences by Pan Pacific allows you to design your stay the way you want it. The general package (available for the public) comes with privileges such as a guaranteed late check-out and one of the following preferences (options vary across hotels):

Daily complimentary breakfast for two
Complimentary high speed internet access
Dining credits
Guaranteed room upgrade
Complimentary transfers

UOB Infinite card members are entitled to 2 preferences (or double options) when they book Preferences by Pan Pacific. Please refer to the individual hotel offer pages for the specific Preferences options.

When booking online, cardholders are to state ‘UOB Infinite’ and indicate their second Preferences option under the ‘Comments / Special Requests’ section. At check-in, cardholders are required to present their UOB Infinite card.
