Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts is committed to the community that it operates in. We appreciate the need to give back to the local communities and strive to make meaningful contributions by sharing our time, energy and resources with them. We also take pride in doing our best to respect and honour local heritage. Our hotels reflect the character of our diverse locales and our activities celebrate local traditions and culture.
At Pan Pacific, we also work hard to help preserve the environment. This commitment is evident in our global approach to business and also echoed in every hotel we operate.

Youth Career Development Programme (YCDP)
In cooperation with United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), we at Pan Pacific, launched the Youth Career Development Program (YCDP) in 1995 in Thailand and has since expanded the program to Pan Pacific hotels in Bangladesh, Manila, and Jakarta.
The YCDP is designed to provide innovative educational and vocational training to disadvantaged youth throughout the globe who may otherwise be engulfed in crime, prostitution, drugs, exploitation, abuse, and deprivation. Hundreds of youths participate in the YCDP programme each year, eventually utilizing their skills for employment opportunities and embarking on lifelong learning!
Recently, Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts was recognised as amongst the top 25 hotel companies demonstrating social responsibility by Conde Nast Traveller magazine.
