  • There is a CAD $ 30 stay charge for additional cleaning of the guestroom
  • Maximum 2 pets per guestroom
  • Dogs & Cats up to 30 lbs (please contact Reservations Sales Agent for further details)
  • Restaurants, Bars, Meeting Rooms, 8th Floor Pool Deck, Spa & Fitness facilities, pets are not allowed, exception guide/working dogs
  • Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the guest ooms. We request your pet is placed on their leash if a Pan Pacific Associate is entering or present in the guestroom
  • Damages to your guestroom or Hotel property caused by your pet during your stay will be applied to your credit card
