Terms & Conditions
- The contest is open to all persons age 18 and over as of the date of entry and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
- Only one (1) entry per person, email address or household is permitted during the contest period.
- Employees and family of employees from Pan Pacific Singapore are not eligible to participate.
- The winners will be announced within the week by the following Monday, when a new question is posted and all prizes must be utilised by the week after the winners are posted/informed (excludes Saturdays and Sundays). Each entrant can only win one prize per contest.
- Winners will be notified by email; prizes are non-transferable and not for resale.
- The hotel’s decision is final and there will be no alternative prize, cash equivalent, or substitution extended.
- The hotel is not responsible for and is not liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to claim a prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
- The hotel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the contest at any time.
- The hotel reserves the right to modify these contest rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the contest.
