A Grand Transformation for a Beloved Icon
Pan Pacific Perth has long been a fixture on the city’s hospitality scene. Now, with a planned AUD50 million refurbishment underway, this beloved icon will soon unveil a grand new look that will resonate with the local community and reinforce its position as the top choice of discerning travellers visiting the city.
Commenced in May 2023, the highly anticipated makeover is scheduled to reach completion by mid-to-late 2024. Its new, thoughtfully designed interiors and complete makeover of its convention facilities will elevate Pan Pacific Perth to a new level of luxury which both business and leisure guests can experience, along with the signature hospitality of its dedicated service team.
Utmost care has been paid to ensuring minimal impact on guests during the refurbishment process, with construction work carried out from 0730 hrs to 1730 hrs from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) and 0830hrs to 1730hrs on Sunday's. However, guests may experience some noise during this time, although all measures are in place to keep any inconvenience to a bare minimum.
Guests’ leisure facilities and lobby level dining outlets will operate normally during this time.

The all-new look for Pan Pacific Perth includes the complete
refurbishment of its 392 guest rooms and suites, rejuvenation of 96 Pacific Club rooms and suites, redesign of the convention level ballrooms and meeting rooms, the entire lobby and porte cochère, as well as the exclusive Pacific Club Lounge on level 7.

- Conference floor ballrooms (to be completed in stages)
