Plus, diners who visit Peppermint for weekday lunch (Monday to Thursday) from 3 January to 27 January 2025 will receive a complimentary Urban Farm Yu Sheng, featuring a combination of abalone and salmon slices, fresh vegetables, and edible flowers harvested from the hotel’s Urban Farm.

For a bold, spicy kick, enjoy our Steamed Rock Lobster with Old Chengdu Spicy Sauce, combining the sweetness of lobster with the heat of Sichuan-inspired spices, promising abundance in the year ahead.
Crispy Sea Cucumber and Braised Radish in Golden Collagen offers a luxurious balance of textures, with crispy sea cucumber complemented by tender braised radish, enriched with nourishing golden collagen. The Black Gold Char Siew Black Angus Beef Prime Ribs are glazed with a smoky-sweet char siew sauce, creating an indulgent symbol of wealth. Finally, delight in our Pan-fried Chilli Crab Sheng Jian Bao, where crispy golden buns are filled with spicy crab meat, offering a nod to Singapore’s famous chilli crab in a delicious, bite-sized form.

On Lunar New Year’s Eve and Lunar New Year Day, Peppermint adds extra luxury with exclusive Lunar New Year dishes to elevate your celebration.
Start with the Mini Buddha Jump Over the Wall, a rich and nourishing broth made from premium ingredients like abalone and sea cucumber, offering a symbol of good fortune and harmony. The 12-Year-Old King Garoupa, prepared in two distinct styles, showcases the delicate fish at its finest, representing longevity and prosperity.
Indulge in Grilled Rock Lobster with Yuzu Butter, where the lobster’s natural sweetness is complemented by the tangy, citrusy richness of yuzu butter. The Japanese Oyster Bi Fung Tang combines briny oysters with a fragrant herbal broth, known for its nourishing properties. Another crowd-pleaser is the Crispy Sea Cucumber and Braised Radish in Golden Collagen, returning as a luxurious dish offering comfort and elegance.
