Terms and conditions

• Offer is valid for bookings from 12 November 2023 to 14 September 2024.
• Valid for stays from 14 October 2024 to 25 October 2024.
• Your room reservation requires a credit card guarantee subject to the cancel/deposit policy. Accepted cards: AMEX, DINERS, MASTERCARD and VISA.
• Please note that a merchant service fee of 1.25% for Visa/MasterCard/AMEX and 3% for Diners/JCB will be applied to all credit card payments.
• Cancellation penalty of the full accommodation stay will be charged if reservation is cancelled 30 days out from arrival.
• Any amendments and/or cancellation must be received and confirmed by the hotel in writing.
• A security deposit will be required on check in and photo ID must be provided. The security deposit will be refundable on check out provided there are no outstanding amounts owing. 
• Children under the age of 12 years old are allowed to share the room without additional charges. If extra beds are required, this will be at an extra cost of AUD75 per room, per night.
