A veteran of Vancouver’s culinary scene, Chef Bob Wiles has spent 24 years with the hotel designing menus with a West Coast flair, using fresh seasonal and local ingredients. Adopting an innovative and collaborative approach in the kitchen, Chef Wiles regularly reinvents his menu by incorporating the creativity of his 40-person team.
