Named after the Indonesian word for spice, this charming restaurant sits at the heart of our 103-hectare resort and features a welcoming front bar as well as private and casual dining settings that include cosy pavilions on our Koi ponds. Choose to dine overlooking the spectacular Indian Ocean, the manicured gardens of the Cliff Lawn, the award-winning Greg Norman golf course or Bali’s iconic Tanah Lot Temple.
Merica also showcases contemporised South East Asian classics and a regional selection of Asian and European breakfast specialties, all served up by Chef Bradley Froehlich and his talented culinary team, with a selection of freshly squeezed local juices, herbal drinks, Illy coffee and TWG tea.
Additionally, special children’s menus and allergen-free meals are available to cater to the most delicate of palates. Merica also prides itself in using fresh resort-grown produce such as rice, eggplants, cherry tomatoes, corn, chilli, papaya and basil.
