In the month of September, 10 at Claymore is proud to present the Omi Wagyu Beef from the Shiga prefecture in Japan - delicately prepared, carved and seared to perfection to highlight its intense marbling*. 

Complement this indulgence with fresh seafood on ice featuring Boston Lobster and Queen Roe Scallops, air-flown sashimi as well as a spread of hearty bistro fare and signature creations from the Plates of Pleasure à la carte buffet menu. Highlights include the award-winning Peddlers' Famous Char Kway Teow, Assam Laksa with Barramundi and Aromatic Prawn Noodles in Spicy Broth.

End on a sweet note of homemade confectionaries, pastries, chocolate fountain and a 'live' crêpe station.
