20 Dim Sum “From the Heart” at Hai Tien Lo

Singapore, 3 March 2014 – 20 varieties of dim sum by new Dim Sum Chef Lee Siaw Cheen are now available at Hai Tien Lo in Pan Pacific Singapore at a new weekday a la carte dim sum lunch buffet priced at $48++. Diners who enjoy choice will appreciate an extensive selection of 35 soups, signature dishes, dim sum and desserts in total that make up the buffet.

Four new enhanced signature dim sum creations include Deep-fried Yam Puff with Foie Gras, Baked Egg Tart with Imperial Swiflet’s Nest and White Fungus, Steamed Berkshire Pork “Char Siu” Buns and Crispy Carrot Cake with Hai Tien Lo’s Signature XO Sauce. These are limited to one serving each per guest.

Other highlights of the weekday lunch buffet include:

Classic Dim Sum (unlimited servings): Steamed Bun with Abalone, Minced Pork and Vegetables; Baked Tuna Buns with Pork Floss; Deep-fried Pork Dumpling “Ham Shui Gok”

Hai Tien Lo Signatures (one serving of any three items per table): Deep-fried Soft Shell Crab with Pepper Sauce; Homemade Bean Curd with Crab Meat and Eggplant in Supreme Stock

Soup (one serving of any one item per person): Traditional Double-Boiled Soup; Lobster with Shredded Abalone and Vegetables in Thick Broth

Dessert (one serving of any two items per person): Double-boiled Osmanthus Tea with Pear and White Fungus; Black Sesame Paste with Glutinous Rice Dumpling
