A Beer-y Happy Father's Day

Singapore, 08 April 2014 – In celebration of Father’s Day, Pastry Chef Philip Lee and Master Butcher Quinton Sim team up to present beer-based desserts and sausages at Pan Pacific Singapore. These highlights will be available for Father’s Day Buffet Dinner at Edge (13 to 15 June) for $88++ per adult and for Father’s Day Buffet Afternoon Tea at Pacific Marketplace (14 and 15 June) for $48++ per adult.

Buffet dinner at Edge gets hearty with dads getting a glass of boutique craft beer on arrival. On the grill, a la minute highlights like Wagyu Beef and Pork Collar beckon alongside signature Pan Pacific sausages like Chorizo, Toulouse, Italian and the new Beer-Poached Sausage created just for Father’s Day. With seven live food-theatres, other highlights like seafood on ice, Prime Rib and Beef Medallions await. Indulge in a spot of sushi and sashimi or have the Chef present a plate of Chinese roast meats including char siu, crispy pork, duck and chicken. At the Asian section, a delicious range of curries, satay, stir-fries and up to seven homemade sambals await. Finish the meal with a spot of cheese from the cheese board or indulge in cakes, ice cream, pastries and chocolate pralines galore. Just for Father’s Day, enjoy the unique Beer-amisu, Blackberry Beer Jelly and Beer Loaf Cake with Citrus Peel.

Father’s Day Afternoon Tea Buffet at Pacific Marketplace
For a leisurely tête-a- tête with dad, escape to a cosy afternoon tea buffet at the Pacific Marketplace. Classic afternoon tea sandwiches such as smoked salmon with roast pepper remoulade on a brioche loaf are complemented with Pan Pacific sausage sliders – choose from pork bockwurst with sauerkraut and mustard or merguez sausage with fresh mint mayonnaise with cucumber pickle. For a sweet finish, round up afternoon tea with the unique Beer-amisu, Blackberry Beer Jelly and Beer Loaf Cake with Citrus Peel, created by Pastry Chef Philip just for Father’s Day.
