• This offer is valid for bookings within the timeframe from 12 October 2018 to 10 August 2019, for stays between 8 to 18 August 2019.
• Special rate is available at three days prior and post to the event date, subject to availability.
• Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
• Any cancellations must be made a minimum 30 days prior to date of arrival or a one night cancellation fee will apply.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of date of arrival will incur cancellation fees equal to the full accommodation stay.
• Early departures are treated as cancelled room nights and cancellations fees will apply.
• A merchant service fee of 1.1% for Visa, MasterCard and 3% for Diners, Amex and JCB will be applied to all credit card payments.
