Terms and conditions

• Offer is valid for bookings made from 15 March to 3 November 2019, for stays between 26 October to 3 November 2019.
• Valid until the day of the event.
• Preferences cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Should a guest wish to cancel their booking, Pan Pacific Melbourne must be notified 30 days prior to the arrival date or a one night's cancellation charge will apply.
• Should a guest fail to arrive at the hotel or if a room is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, the guest will be charged 100% of their full stay.
• Early departures are treated as cancelled room nights and penalties will be applied to each night cancelled.
• A merchant service fee of 1.1% for Visa, MasterCard and 3% for Diners, Amex and JCB will be applied to all credit card transactions.
