What is Pan Pacific Privileges programme?
Pan Pacific Privileges is a loyalty programme designed to reward and recognise the hotel's frequent diners. Points are awarded based on dining spend and redeemable for rewards featured on our website.
Who can join the Pan Pacific Privileges membership?
The membership is open to any person aged above 21 years. Any local or overseas diner at Pan Pacific can enrol for the programme. By signing up as a member, it is deemed that express consent has been given to receive electronic communications on latest news, statement and promotions.
How do I enroll as a member?
Simply dine at the participating outlets and sign up with a registration card for on-the-spot submission. You will receive an email shortly, inviting you to enrol with full details on our website.
Upon completing the website registration, your account will be activated; thereafter your membership card will be processed and sent to you within 10 working days. Alternatively, you can visit the JOIN section on this website, fill up the online form and submit your application accordingly. You can also request for an enrolment form if you email ppp.sin@panpacific.com or contact the Pan Pacific Privileges team at 6826 8294 during office hours.
Is there an enrolment fee?
There is no enrolment fee for programme membership.
How do I earn Pan Pacific Privileges points?
Once enrolled, an account and card will be given to the member. Subsequently every dollar of your dining spend at the participating outlets earns 10 points for Premium member and 12 points for Prestige member. Membership card must be presented prior or at the point of bill settlement in order for points to be awarded.
Points are not earned for taxes, service charges, Pacific Dollars, redemptions, selected promotions, flower shop, any certificate, vouchers, discounts, breakfasts, tobacco, banquets (if 20 persons and above), The Atrium Deli, in-room dining, mini-bar, weddings and catering-related dining.
Can I transfer my benefits or points to a family member or friend?
Pan Pacific Privileges' benefits and points are non-transferable. The benefits are exclusively tailored for the members except for the "Privileged room rates" and the "Book a second room at 50% off" benefits, which are transferable.
Is there an expiry date to the Pan Pacific Privileges points?
Pan Pacific Privileges points awarded to the account do not expire unless the visitation criterion is not met. The member has to visit and spend at any participating outlet at least once tri-annually i.e. every four months from the last dining transaction date.
What will happen to my points if my membership expires?
Your points will be valid for a three months' grace period from the expiry date, thereafter the remaining balance will be forfeited.
What can I redeem with my points and how do I redeem?
Rewards redemption items are highlighted in the BENEFITS & REWARDS section on this website. You can select your desired reward and complete the redemption form online. Alternatively, you can request for a redemption form if you email ppp.sin@panpacific.com or contact the Pan Pacific Privileges team at 6826 8294 for assistance. Your redemption request will be processed within 10 working days
of receipt.

How do I qualify for the Prestige membership? Is there an expire or re-qualification required?
A typical programme year runs from January to December. An exception is the launch year whereby the programme year encompasses
1st October 2007 to 31st December 2008. Spend a minimum of $6,500 on dining in a programme year and you will qualify for Prestige membership.
Subject to the four months' visitation criterion for expiry, Prestige membership is valid during the current and the following programme year period. For example, Mr Smith joins on 1st March 2008 and his Prestige membership is valid till 31st December 2009, provided that he visits and spends in the dining outlets once every four months from the last dining transaction date.
To re-qualify for Prestige membership after 31st December 2009, the member needs to spend $6,500 within 2009. For example, Mr Smith has to spend this amount during January to December 2009 period in order to re-qualify for one year's membership in 2010.
Can I use my Pan Pacific Privileges card at any other Pan Pacific properties?
No, Pan Pacific Privileges is only exclusive to Pan Pacific Singapore.
Where can I earn points, which are the participating outlets or facility?
The participating outlets are: Brunch, Global Kitchen, Hai Tien Lo, Keyaki and
The Atrium. Rang Mahal and Zambuca are currently excluded.
