• All reservations must be made in advance, prior to arrival and is subject to availability.
• Blackout dates apply. Minimum night stay apply at selected Serviced Suites.
• Reservations must be guaranteed and paid with a valid Citibank card. The same Citibank card must be presented upon check-in for payment.
• Amendment and cancellation is subject to Hotel’s guarantee and cancellation policy.
