Sales Manager is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling of sales opportunities for the hotel. To perform all day to day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationship in a timely manner.

Develop Transient and Group business revenue for the hotel and maintain relationship with existing and new customers to establish future bookings through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips and provide forecasting reports to facilitate in establish and implement sales strategy.

Pro-actively source for new account and growth both FIT and MICE business.

Responsible to fulfil the daily target Sales calls and ENT

Manage Volume accounts for the hotel and assist to guide sales executive and sales coordinators.

Reports – To submit weekly sales plan and submit report for incoming week latest by every Monday morning. All relevant sales report and account forecast as when required

At least 2-3 years at the related field.
