Assistant Executive Housekeeper

The Role

  • Able to plan, direct and manage housekeeping/linen department, landscaping and external contractors

  • Implement maintenance programs for the public area and guest floors to achieve optimal standards in quality and cleanliness

  • Schedule and conduct communications meeting with all team members to discuss about departmental issues

  • Assist in ensuring all uniforms for all employees in the hotel are maintained in top condition, cleaned and ensure employees are well presented at all times.

  • Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to achieve maximum performance efficiency

  • Ensure proper management and control inventory stocks   
     

Talent Profile

  • Min 3 years’ experience as Assistant Executive Housekeeper in the hospitality industry

  • Able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiar with housekeeping management systems ie OPERA, REX, HotSos

  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills                    

  • Strong leadership and management skills
