As our Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee all aspects of the Food & Beverage division, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest experiences and profitability.
• Managing revenue generation and cost control across all outlets, including labor and liquor costs.
• Demonstrating strong financial and commercial acumen to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance effectively.
• Leading and inspiring a diverse team of professionals to deliver exceptional service.
• Team up with Marketing to execute campaigns and optimize menu offerings.
• Driving operational excellence while maintaining compliance with HACCP and local regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role within a 5-star or luxury environment.
• Commercial acumen with a strong drive for profitability and a track record in revenue generation and cost control.
• Expertise in menu optimization, marketing strategies, and delivering guest satisfaction.
• Inspirational leadership skills, with the ability to develop and engage your team.
• Knowledge of industry trends, HACCP standards, and operational best practices.
