Sales Support Executive (Catering)

A rooftop Urban Farm spanning 150 square metres houses over 60 varieties of fruits, vegetables, herbs and edible flowers, forming the backbone of the hotel's farm-to-table, farm-to-bar and farm-to-spa concepts.
The Role
- Assist Sales Managers on coordination of client’s requirements for their events and follow-up with Banquet Event Orders.
- Responsible for distribution of outgoing correspondences, internal memorandums, change sheets and Banquet Event Orders.
- Prepare for Daily Events, 11-Day Forecast and Monthly Forecast.
- Assist in general administration support for catering sales office.
- Stock check and control of events operating materials and equipment in office.
- Other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Talent Profile
- Diploma in Events Management / MICE Management or relevant studies.
- No experience needed, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
