The Role

Our Pacific Club Lounge Team Leader will ensure our guests are comfortable, attended to and have everything they require while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. 

The Role:

  • You will be responsible for providing our guests with exceptional service throughout their Pacific Club Lounge experience, including food and beverage service and front office / concierge services.
  • Coordinate, motivate and train a team of Pacific Club Lounge hosts to offer a high quality service to our Pacific Club Lounge guests.
  • Requires a rotating roster including weekends, early mornings and late evenings.
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is essential for this role.

Talent Profile

 Ideally, the successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role offering a high level of guest service. 
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
