The Role

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, the Front Office Manager will be responsible for the operations of the department.

Talent Profile

The Successful Front Office Manager will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment, Development, Rostering and on-going support of a team of 25 
  • Monitor, analyse and respond to all guest reviews, ensuring feedback is acted upon
  • Assist in Front Office operations including check-in / check-out and duty manager shifts as required
  • Supporting the hotels' revenue and profit strategies
  • Ensuring hotel policies and procedures are followed

Ideally you will have:

  • Previous experience in a busy Front Office department as Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for the hospitality industry & an eye for detail
