PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne are currently looking to appoint a permanent full-time Business Development Manager to join our pre-opening team to focus on maximising revenue opportunities in all areas of meeting and events. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Business Development Manager will focus on building, developing and maintaining client relationships. You will work closely with the team to create and implement hotel level tactical sales plans; analyse current/potential markets and sales trends as well as coordinating activities to maintain and increase revenue and market share through added business volume and increased rate.
