PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne are currently looking for a passionate and energetic, Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our pre-opening team on a permanent Full-Time basis.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the coordination of associates and supervising shifts. You will be driven and are passionate about providing service excellence across our outlets.

The Role:

·         Be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, café, banquets and in room dining outlets and for the overall hospitality given to our guests throughout their dining experience

·         Ensuring our guests receive friendly, efficient service while having excellent dining experience.

·         Ensuring a positive, team orientated approach to leading

·         Assist with rostering, team development and overall coordination & training of the department.

Ideally you will have:

·         A passion for the hospitality industry

·         Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Team Leader or Supervisor within a Hotel restaurant environment

·         Experience supervising à la carte service

·         Demonstrated Service Recovery skills

·         A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential for this role.

·         Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This role and will include weekends and public holidays.
