Pan Pacific Perth is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their dynamic Sales and Marketing team. Reporting to the Director, Sales & Marketing, this role will proactively develop the hotels meetings and events business across all key market segments.

Exceed accommodation and catering revenue targets
Develop and maintain genuine, long standing client relationships
A hospitality industry professional with a desire to succeed and a proven track record of sales success.
Excellent knowledge of the meetings and events industry
Evolved interpersonal skill set; a genuine people person that can communicate at all levels.
A planned approach to managing proactive sales and account management initiatives.
The intuition to identify unique opportunities for revenue growth and address the short and long term needs of clients.
Flexibility with working hours and a minimum 3-4 years of hospitality sales experience.
Detail oriented with effective organizational and interpersonal skills
Advanced computer skills and experience with CRM software
High proficiency in spoken and written English
Immaculate personal presentation and grooming, suited to a 5 star environment
