Key Activities of the role
- Be informed on sales and business quoted to ensure business is maximized. At all times, understand the client’s needs whilst optimizing hotel revenue through strategic yield management and up selling of hotel facilities of service.
- Support the Hotel Sales and meeting team with site inspection, client entertainment, familiarization and other events that form part of the sales and marketing revenue plan
- Act as primary point of contract to detailed meeting/event planning, working closely with banquet operation, F & B management, Reservation, Rooms Division operation, Finance and external suppliers.
- Ensure regular client contact when meetings/events are in-house and ensure all hotels operational details are executed correctly.
