POSITION SUMMARY

Pan Pacific Perth seeks a dynamic and personable Front Office Team Leader. Great opportunity for a career focused hotelier in a 486 Room Luxury property which will likely lead to a Duty Manager role. Working within the Front Office Management Team, this key role focuses on the delivery of exceptional service and memorable hotel experiences, to ensure guests leave more refreshed than when they arrived.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing outstanding service to exceed guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction

  • Supporting management to oversee the daily operation of Front Office

  • Providing guidance and support to a large team of associates to achieve excellence in service delivery

  • Managing the adherence of House Policies and Procedures, including OH&S legislation


TALENT PROFILE

  • Previous experience within a 5 star environment

  • Eloquent communication skills: both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Opera PMS

  • Flexibility with working hours including nights, weekends and public holidays

  • Immaculate personal presentation and grooming, suited to a 5-star hotel environment
