Housekeeping Agents are part of the Housekeeping Team and are responsible for the maintaining of all hygiene standards across the property. Cleaning of rooms, public areas and back of house organization are included, with standars of cleaning and room set up to be met in accordance with Pan Pacific Operating and Brand Standards.
Five day working week scheduled across 7 days.
Inclusive of meals, uniform, Group Insurance, Provident Fund are other benefits.
Housekeeping Agent must work with a level of speed and accuracy to allow smooth flow of business.
Working to company standards is essential to meet company expectations and allow a high consistency in guest experience.
Cleaning schedule of rooms is provided on a daily basis and Agents are required to meet the daily room allocation.
Job roles may rotate amongst the following tasks: cleaning of rooms, public area cleaning, linen distribution, stock control and others....all within the Housekeeping Department.
School level education a minimum requirement
Preferable to have, but not essential, to have 1-3 years experience in 5*hotels in Housekeeping roles
Ability to work under time constraints
Having an eye for details to meet standards every time
Level of basic English for basic communication within an International company
Positive and open attitude to work with a team that ofter multi-tasks to provide memorable experiences for our guests
