Pan Pacific Perth is currently seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to take on this role as key administrative support to our Directors of Sales and Marketing.

Provide a high level of administrative support to the Director of Sales and Marketing
Coordinate appointment, internal meetings and travel arrangements for DOSM and Business Development Team.
Coordinate a range of support for events, VIP clients and Hotel guests as requested by the team.
Coordinate Gift cards and vouchers requests and allocations.
Support the Sales team with ad hoc administration and requests.
Experienced senior administrator/ executive assistant
Well organised and able to produce high level documents and reporting
Detail oriented with effective organisational and interpersonal skills.
Advanced computer skills and experience with CRM tools.
High proficiency in spoken and written English.
Immaculate personal presentation and grooming.
