Responsibilities for providing food and beverage service to guests in a manner consistent with the restaurant’s standard and also to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Take over duties from previous shift.
- Set up tables and replenish mis-en place at side station.
- Receive, write, pick-up and serve food and beverage orders.
- Clear soiled dishes to the stewarding area.
- Prepare and serve beverages.
- Perform closing side work and cleaning duties.
- Anticipate guest needs and strive to exceed guest expectations.
- Previous job experience in related field.
- Friendly disposition.
- Maintain highest standards of professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
