Job responsibilities

• Ensure all Mise-en-place to be in place and done
• Prepare all basic sauces and stocks
• Checking food items in the refrigerators to ensure it is properly stored and in place
• Ensure of proper storage and adequate temperature for all products to avoid the development and growth of any bacteria
• Assist in preparation and finishing work of all dishes during service period
• Personal hygiene and sanitation
• Perform any general duties instructed by immediate supervisors


Job requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate in Food Preparation/Culinary Arts or equivalent
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Perform tasks independently or with minimum supervision
• Demonstrate a good working relationship with other departments
