Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle
Reporting to the Sous Chef or Executive Chef, the Cook 2 will be responsible for preparing and servicing all food items according to the production standards established by the Executive Chef and the Pan Pacific Hotel.
We are currently interviewing for both Full and Part Time, including overnight and swing shifts.
The Cook 2 will be responsible for preparing hot and cold line food items and preparing food and ingredients as needed.
The ideal candidate for this position has a minimum of two (2) years of professional cooking experience in a hotel, resort or stand-alone restaurant setting, with experience working prep, hot and cold lines, and is comfortable leading a kitchen in the absence of the Cook 1, Sous or Executive Chef. We are seeking a self-starter who is excited to learn and grow in the culinary field, interested in career progression in our kitchen. Current WA State Food Handler's permit is required.
