He/she is responsible in maintaining high quality of beverages served in the lounge in accordance to company's standard and at the same time ensuring mise en place are prepared according to SOPs. He/she will work closely with the Lobby Lounge Manager in the implementing and/or following of procedures concerning recording of stock movements.
Other responsibilities include constantly create innovative cocktails for the lounge, providing a profitable and professional bar and floor service to both internal and external guests, monitoring and ordering of necessary items/stocks required for operations as well as completing the necessary paperwork as per company's requirement.
- Min CGE 'O' level with 2-3 years' experience in wine/bar operations or F&B related industry.
- Good knowledge in all beverage related products including glassware, concoctions & garnishes.
- Creative, innovative and resourceful
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
