Job responsibilities

• To provide a profitable and professional bar and floor service to all internal and external guest.
• Ensure high quality procedures for training and monitoring of the bar.
• Ensure lounge cleanliness and hygiene standards are adhered to.
• Correspond effectively and cooperate with other departments in the company at all levels when necessary.
• Responsible with negotiating and dealing with guest complaints.
• Ensure all associates are well acquainted with all bar recipes and procedures.
• Perform any other job-related duties assigned by management.
 


Job requirements

•Food and beverages operation experienced
•Intensive knowledge about bar and beverages. eg, wines, spirits and cocktails.
•Proven high record of great service.
•Able to work in rotating shift.
•Computer literate.
