The ideal candidate will have to ensure that food and beverage services rendered to guests is in a positive manner with the restaurant's standards. Responsible for guest satisfaction by supervising service associates and ensure that the manning and running of his/her section is in an efficient and attentive manner.
- Minimum with either a Diploma in F&B/Hotel Management or WSQ Certificate in F&B.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Possess a pleasant and friendly personality with good communication skills.
