A full time, houlry-paid member of the Service One (Reservations and PBX) team, this position is responsible for answering incoming calls and e-mails related to guest requests, reservation inquiries, or general hotel information requests.
Key job duties include answering incoming telephone calls and e-mails; directing calls as appropriate; taking room service orders over the telephone; selling hotel guest rooms and amenities; and general communication via phone or e-mail correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have previous hotel or resort reservation sales experience or a track record of success in a sales role in a service-driven environment. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, comfort with web-based applications, and a calm, friendly yet professional phone demeanor required.
