Curated by our talented Executive Pastry Chef, Cherish Finden, SHIOK! brings elegant, rich, traditional flavours from Cherish's Singaporean childhood into the heart of London.
For breakfast, guests can choose from Cherish’s Polo Buns, made using the traditional method to create a beautiful sweet yet fluffy milk bun with options including coffee, pandan and summer berries.
For a more savoury start to the day, SHIOK! features a sausage shokupan, similar to a sausage roll, and pork floss buns. There are also Viennoiserie options.
Throughout the day, there is also a wide choice of chocolate bon bons with flavours such as coconut & gula melaka and matcha & yuzu; individual travel cakes, cookies in a tin and Cherish’s take on the Singaporean pineapple tart, a must in every household for Chinese New Year.
The drinks menu features the Singaporean staple, Bubble Tea, with a selection of flavours and colours to choose from. A selection of fine Champagnes and wines alongside hot and cold beverages are also available.
