Located in Devonshire House across the Plaza from the hotel , SHIOK! patisserie is the perfect stop off for those on the go. Curated by our talented Executive Pastry Chef, Cherish Finden, SHIOK! brings elegant, rich, traditional flavours from Cherish's Singaporean childhood into the heart of London.
Serving breakfast featuring Polo Buns, a large selection of Viennoiserie, and its most wanted sausage shokupans, SHIOK! Is the savoury way to start your day. During the day enjoy the wide selection of bon bons, travel cakes and cookies with Cherish’s take on the Singaporean pineapple tart.
The drinks menu features the Singaporean staple, Bubble Tea, with various flavours and colours to choose from. A selection of fine Champagnes and wines alongside hot and cold beverages are also available.

Key menu highlights include: Handbag - inspired by Cherish's mother buying her mini handbags with flavours of lemon and raspberry compote; Chocolate TeaPot - influenced by a Chinese tradition of drinking from the smallest teapot which her grandfather adhered to; Kopi Tarik - which features all the flavours of coffee complete with edible spoon and cup.
SHIOK! is located right in the heart of the City in the 146-year-old Devonshire House, directly adjacent to the hotel.
The pâtisserie is in the perfect location for those on the go or for those who wish to watch the world go by - whatever the mood, treat yourself to a few delicious delicacies and a refreshing drink.
