Diners can look forward to Asian delights, featuring Filipino nibblers such as Balut and Penoy (Duck Egg), and Chicharon Baboy at Bulaklak (Crispy Pork Rind and Entrails), Tokwa’t Baboy (tofu and pork), Indonesian mixed satay with fish and prawn balls, Japanese Yakitori Grilled Skewers, live stations of Vietnamese Pho or Singaporean Laksa, Nasi Goreng and Indian Biryani and more.
End the day on a sweet note with the dessert selection such as Taho (tofu with sweet syrup), Turon Saba (fried plantain bananas with jackfruit and sugar roll), Kamote-Q (sweet potato on a stick) and Ube (purple yam) among others.
