Mango Passion Gateau
Sweet and sour flavours combine flawlessly in this irresistible cake containing light spongy coconut dacquoise, a velvety smooth mango cremeux made of sweet Alphonso mango purée, mango compote and a decadent passionfruit chocolate mousse.

Banoffee Saint Honoré
Delicate choux pastry is filled with a dreamy blend of caramalised banana and fresh cream, then paired with crumbly sable breton and a luxurious topping of toffee-whipped ganache.
