Bountiful Reunions at Hai Tien Lo (6 January to 5 February 2023)

Usher in the year of the rabbit with your loved ones at award-winning Hai Tien Lo. Executive Chef Ricky Leung presents a selection of eight impeccable set menus that will capture your imagination. From $128 per person, indulge in thoughtfully-curated set menus, featuring an elevated rendition of Chef Ricky’s signature Chicken Wing stuffed with Bird’s Nest, Fresh Crab Meat, Dried Scallops and Truffle as well as Double-boiled Fish Maw with Bamboo Pith and Dried Scallops in Fish Bone Broth.

A la carte specialties are also available during the festivities. Show stopping dishes include the nourishing Double-boiled Sakura Chicken with Whole Abalone, Fish Maw and Dried Scallops served in Young Coconut ($88 per person), Barbecued Crispy Whole Suckling Pig ($440 whole, $220 half) and more.

Diners can reunite with their loved ones over Hai Tien Lo’s tantalising Lunar New Year Weekend Buffet. Enjoy all you can eat dim sum for only $99 per adult. Sample the likes of Deep-fried Prawn Dumpling with Fish Roe in Wasabi Mayonnaise Sauce and Steamed Charcoal Barbecue Pork Bun with Black Truffle; a choice of two mains and one rice or noodles dish per table. For the festivities, diners will also receive a complimentary Abundance Yu Sheng with Smoked Salmon and Crispy Silver Fish. Premium delicacies such as Buddha Jumps Over the Wall and Baked Half Lobster with Cheese in Superior Stock are available in single servings per diner, with a minimum of two diners per table.

Hai Tien Lo presents four indulgent Yu Sheng platters, available for dine-in and takeaway.  

·       The brimming Abundance Yu Sheng with South Africa Abalone, Lobster, Scallops, Coral Clam and Ice Lettuce ($288 large, available for dine-in only)

·       The luxurious Vitality Yu Sheng with Lobster, Abalone and Smoked Salmon ($198 large | $138 small)

·       The classic Double Blessing Yu Sheng with Smoked Salmon and Crispy Silver Whitebait ($118 large | $78 small)

·       The vegetarian Nutritious Prosperity Vegetarian Yu Sheng with Vegetarian Abalone and Ice Lettuce ($88 large | $58 small)

Priced between $58 and $288 per platter, Hai Tien Lo’s decadent Yu Sheng platters are available in both small and large portions for dine-in and takeaway from 6 January to 5 February 2023.

Synonymous with abundance and good fortune, delight in Hai Tien Lo’s opulent Poon Choy (Pen Cai) made up of premium produce simmered to fragrant perfection; available for both dine-in from 6 January to 5 February 2023 and takeaway from 27 December 2022 to 5 February 2023.

Auspicious Reunion at Edge (21 January to 5 February 2023)

Take an inclusive and innovative approach this Chinese New Year with a bountiful line-up of culinary indulgences at Edge. Relish in some of the best local and international dishes, including making your own Edge’s Speciality Yu Sheng topped with home-cured Yuzu Salmon Sashimi and Deep-fried Fish Skin, Roasted Suckling Pig with Spicy Hoi Sin Sauce, Slow Roast O’Connor Ribeye, Slow Braised Pork Knuckle with Mushrooms and Broccoli as well as Peking Duck Pizza.


Epicurean Treasures at Keyaki (9 January to 5 February 2023)

Toss to new beginnings in style with Keyaki’s Japanese-inspired Yusheng platters. The luxurious Premium Yu Sheng features choice ingredients such as Lobster, Toro, Sake, Hamachi, Ikura and Uni, scattered with  gold and silver flakes, whilst the Wafu Yu Sheng showcases sashimi of Maguro, Sake, Hamachi and Tobiko accompanied with jellyfish, shredded pumpkin.

Available from 9 January to 5 February 2023, Keyaki’s Premium Yu Sheng ($338, six to ten persons) and Wafu Yu Sheng ($148, three to five persons) for dine-in only during lunch and dinner.


As part of our continuous commitment to ensure that our guests enjoy the very best experience at the Pan Pacific Singapore, the hotel has embarked on a journey to enhance our products and services, with ongoing refurbishment works in our deluxe rooms, lobby, atrium on level 1 and Ocean ballroom & meeting rooms on level 2.
