Aficionados of Wagyu beef will be in for a decadent treat as Keyaki introduces a premium Wagyu Bento for a limited time period. Specially curated by Executive Chef Shinichi Nakatake, the elegantly presented bento will highlight Wagyu beef prepared in different cooking methods to showcase the smooth and buttery flavours of this prized delicacy.
The Wagyu Bento includes Assorted Sashimi (three varieties) and Wagyu Beef with Onsen Egg as starters and the scrumptious bento box highlights the Grilled Wagyu Beef, where the tender meat is grilled to perfection, Wagyu Beef Salad, prepared Tataki-style where the thinly-sliced Wagyu beef is seared and served with greens, Assorted Tempura and a selection of Appetisers. Indulge in a heart-warming bowl of Sweet and Savoury Ground Wagyu Beef on Rice and end your meal with seasonal fruits. The Wagyu Bento is available daily for lunch from 9 to 22 July 2018 and is priced at SGD110 per set.
At the same time, to celebrate the seamless transition of cool spring days slipping into the warmth of summer, Chef Shinichi will be presenting two multi-course Summer Kaiseki menus focusing on light and refreshing seasonal ingredients. Crafted to invigorate the palate and cool the body from warm and humid days, the Summer Kaiseki menus are priced at SGD180 and SGD200 and will be available for lunch and dinner.
