Pan Pacific Singapore's Signature Ornament

Following last year’s successful debut of The Bell, Pan Pacific Singapore presents The Sparkle - the second collectible festive ornament, designed and produced in collaboration with Assisi Hospice.

Assisi Hospice is Pan Pacific Singapore’s long–standing charity partner since 2004 and the snowflake motif found on this year’s Signature Ornament was painted by their palliative patient, 71 year-old Cindy Chan who came under their care for clinical and art therapy sessions. Madam Chan has always found comfort in Arts and painting The Sparkle has brought her joy for being a part of doing good.

Retailing at $19.90 each, all proceeds collected from the bespoke ornament will be fully donated to Assisi Hospice. The Sparkle is available for purchase at ppsinshop.com and Festive Booth from 14 November to 26 December 2022.

Starting 14 November 2022, celebrate the festivities with an oriental flair as Executive Chef Ricky Leung presents a six-course festive menu for gastronomic gatherings with your loved ones. Available from $108 per diner, delight in stellar Cantonese highlights with festive accents such as the Deep-fried Crispy Aubergine with Foie Gras in Szechuan Spicy Gong Bo Sauce, Braised Cream of Pumpkin with Alaska Crab Meat in Thick Broth and Wok-fried Diced Austrian M9 Wagyu Beef with Portobello Mushroom and Sliced Garlic.

Offering more than 50 classic and contemporary dim sum items, Hai Tien Lo’s weekend unlimited dim sum brunch takes on a festive twist, available only during the Christmas and New Year weekends.

Keyaki

For something a little different, celebrate the yuletide with specially curated Winter Kaiseki creation. Available from 14 November 2022, look forward to authentic Japanese flavours such as Grilled Crab Shell, Braised Matsutake Mushroom, Deep-Fried Oyster, Grilled Kyoto Taro with Sea Urchin Mizuna with Walnut sauces and more.

Usher in the new year with specially curated eight-course New Year set menu featuring Grilled Wagyu Beef with MaltBean curd Skin Roll with Lobster, Roasted Dashi, Grated Radish and Green onion and more. Guests enjoying the brunch menu also have the option of elevating the celebrations with free-flow Taittinger Brut Réserve champagne, Tiger beer, select sake, red and white wines.

Meanwhile, available for a la carte orders is the Traditional Osechi Plate, brimming with ingredients conveying blessings for success, good health, wealth and longevity, and Ozoni, a Japanese New Year Soup, to complete the dining experience.

On New Year’s Eve, guests can join in the exciting Kagami Biraki, a sake barrel breaking ceremony, at dinner and enjoy a complimentary glass of sake on the house.
