Assisi Hospice is an organisation that provides palliative care, medical support, and psychosocial assistance to patients and families struggling with low income.

This year, The Snowflake features two different motifs painted with love by Madam Cindy Chan and Mrs. Manelle Perera, two palliative patients who find joy and comfort in creating beautiful art pieces.

The Snowflake retails at $29 (1 piece) or $137.50 (box of 5). 100% of the proceeds from the ornaments will be donated to Assisi Hospice.
